•To handle full spectrum of Human Resources ranging from compensations, benefit, employee relations, performance management, learning & development and reward recognition programs
•To provide prompt advice and resolution to employee issues concerns and affectively counsel line managers on employee relations and disciplinary issues and reduce potential business liabilities
•To engage and help lead employee communications and change management initiatives
•To be a partner with line managers to ensure performance management and compensation plans are administered in a manner consistent with business and organizational goals and that performance management activities are ongoing aligned with pay principle of company
•To counsel employees concerning work-related problems, issues and conduct exit interview
•To provide feedback to clients
