As per our conversation on the phone, to improve user experience - would like to set the forwarding of call to IT HelpDesk (3333), Facilities Helpdesk (2222), and InterCall (3000) for user call for help in any issues that related to IT, property/facilities, and attend the conference call. User just dial to those numbers from their desk phone at Bangna Tower/Rayong site.
By doing that, we need to configure the PBX to forward number to toll free number as follows ka.
IT HelpDesk (3333) - 001 800 868 4513 0
Facilities Helpdesk (2222) – 001 800 852 898 8
InterCall (3000) – 001 800 658 104
Therefore, I would need you help to confirm about PBX configuration – will be able to configure on PBX by ourselves or need to contact to Telco company? If so, do we have a cost on that?
