During storage, the concentration of total FAA significantly (Pb0.05)
increased for all VYLB and reached values of 627±11.4 (RYLB) to
689±21 (RBYLB) mg/kg. The initial concentration of FAA of CVYLB
was almost the same of that of VYLB. No significant (P>0.05) variations
were found during incubation and storage.
