Dear Jason,
I hope this e-mail finds you well.
I had the pleasure to stay at the Siam for a long weekend from the 4th to 6th of October 2014, where I met with my sister to celebrate her birthday and spend some time together. We are well travelled and very picky when it comes to selecting our holiday destinations as well as hotels, so I had done extensive research before picking out the Siam from various hotels across Asia. It struck me that the design, the collection of antiques and urban resort feel could only be unique and I thus made the booking.
I was very curious indeed if everything would live up to my high expectations and eye for detail. Just after submitting my booking request, I was contacted by Sasiwimon to personalize my booking. A very nice touch - and even nicer that Sasiwimon was detail oriented and very professional. We were picked up at the airport and the journey was very smooth. Arriving at the hotel we were greeted by Jill, who was very professional, kind and welcoming. We were blown away by the hotel design and the room decoration and immediately agreed that the Siam had to be added to our top 5 hotel experiences worldwide. Through out our stay every thing only got better - the food was outstanding and the spa was amazing. The birthday cake arranged for my sister was beautiful and arrived as the perfect surprise - this has actually not happened to perfection before at any hotel we’ve been at. It was my first time in Bangkok and I literally didn’t step out of the hotel until leaving for the airport.
By the end of our stay, I was amazed by having such faultless experience as everything was done absolutely right from beginning to end. I can always think of something that can be done better when stay at a great hotel but not at the Siam as everything was perfection. Realizing that this was the first time I felt this way, I just had to compliment. As it was your day off when we left, I feel that I owe you this e-mail and hopefully a visit back where we can meet in person.
Meanwhile I cannot speak highly enough about the Siam.
