Hello amazon.com.
My account which was used for selling products was restrained because I delayed sending products to clients, cancelled products, replied clients too slow and lacked of contacting with clients. I was very sorry for my action as I had some necessary reasons to do those actions. I would like to ask you for a favor to cancel restraining my account. I will improve sending products to clients more quickly and will contact with clients more often. This situation will not be happened again.
Please kindly help to consider my requirement.
