Responsibilities :-
To supervise 15 Telesales Representatives by providing technical and procedure support about all Life/Health products in order to meet performance targets.
Monitoring and tracking sales performance for reporting result
Giving feedback to Telesales Representatives and guide them practicing for increasing revenue.
To maintain accurate records and historical reports for employee evaluations and on-going feedback.
Qualification :-
Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
At least 2 years experience as supervisor level or team leader roles in related business such as telemarketing in the insurance, banking or consumer product field.
Strong sales driven with good understanding for call center operations, particularly outbound sales.
Good personality with human relations and strong negotiation, good interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to support, coach and motivate team members.
Computer & typing proficiency.
Working hour: Monday to Friday, 9.00 – 18.00 and Saturday 10.00 – 17.00 (2 weeks per month)
