INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ETHICS: A RESEARCH FRAMEWORK
Discussion and Conclusion
To answer the first question: by performing t-test and comparing it with experimental
mean (t value = 3) it is significant in fallible level of α = 1%and it can be said that the use of
appropriate ICT infrastructureswithstaff training is higher than the experimental average. These
results are consistent with the results of the study (Mubaraki, 2002). In order to answer the
second research question: by performing t-test and its comparison with experimental average at
error level α6 = 1% is meaningful to and it can be said that the average financial resources
component is higher than the experimental average. These results are consistent with the
results of Matthias Visfer. To answer the third question of the study: the result of performing
correlation test shows that there is a significant relationship between components of data
transfer rate and bandwidth in teaching staff at fallible level α = 1% (**) and it can be stated
that the components are desirably correlated and also the result of correlation test between the
components of effectiveness in all cases is significant at the fallible level α = 1% (**) and it can
be stated that the factors of speed and bandwidth are correlated desirably with the factor of
effective training of staff, this finding is somehow aligned with the findings of Qolamshahi. To
answer the fourth question: linear regression analysis in response to fifth question of the study
was obtained that: First, the multivariate correlation coefficient (R) equal to 0.98 enjoys a good
power. Second, numerical value (R2) of 0.96 means that at least 0.96% of the variance in
employee training process can be linked of these five factors. Third, the index values (Beta)
suggests that among the above factors, the factor of infrastructures with a beta of 0.25 has had
the greatest impact. Then bandwidth components with a beta value of 0.21 is in the second
grade and skilled workforce with a beta of 0.20 is in third rank and financial resources with a
beta of 0.19 and electronic resources with a beta of 0.15 are in the following impact
category, respectively. These findings are somewhat consistent with the findings of Yu Yang
HuanJusy. In a research carried out by HuanJusyYu and Yang entitled "The impact of
information technology on skilled labor in organizations" in 2010, the result suggests that by
using extensive information level in Korea whether the relationship between organizational
factors in Korean company is different from other countries with advanced technology. In
response to the fifth question we observe that: 1) the average of this factor is not higher than
the average (3). Second, the low amount of stretching and skewness despite whether it is
positive or negative implies the normal distribution of the data. These findings were somewhat
consistent with the findings of Eldernic. In a research conducted by Eldernic(1999) with a
statistical population of 9 teachers participating from 3 schools who had no experience in using
computers, in order to understand that if in-service training courses, familiarity with computer
Recommendations
With the establishment of mechanized centers for staff training and more facilities
including access to the new electronic information causesprofessionalimprovementamong
organization staff and other officials.Providing further financial facilities and appropriate
measures including amenities, academic trainingfacilities in order to get materials and scientific
articles using electronic facilities to employees to increase their effectiveness in other areas of
job and training. In order to promote the effectiveness of investment in launching new
technology systems, it can be effective in distance learning by traffic engineering planning in
the process of traffic tuning, the congestion caused by uneven distribution of electronic
packages should be prevented. By designingthe electronic content, which is an essential
component in information literacy of staff, we can train efficientexperts.
IDENTIFICATION OF THE REQUIRED COMPONENTS FOR MANAGERS FOR TECHNOLOGY APPLICATIONTHE PROCESS OF PROGRAM EDUCATION OF STAFF STUDY CASE (IRAN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ORGANIZATION)
The purpose ofthe present study is to identify the components needed by managers for
the implementation of ICT in education of staff of the information technology
organization. Research methodology is descriptive and correlational. The statistical
population includes all employees of technology and information organization the size
1400 which 302 people were selected through Morgan table and with simple random
sampling method. The necessary data were collected through questionnaire and
were analyzed with SPSS. Descriptive statistical methods have been used for data
analysis (calculating standard deviation, mean) and for hypothesis test, Pearson
correlation, t-tests and multiple variable regressionshave been used. The findings
suggested thatthere is a significant relationship between infrastructuresof information
technology with teaching organization staff. 2 – There is a significant relationship
between the mobilization of financial and electronic resources in teaching staff. 3 -
There is a significant relationship between skilled staff and training them and the
results showed that trained and skilled manpower can have a decisive role in
progressing goals of the organization.
