Clause 3.04 - Information & Reports
The Agent shall undertake his best efforts in order to provide the Principal at intervals or at such reasonable times as the Principal may request information concerning any development in the Territory relating to the demand, the reactions of the ultimate users, or other matters or circumstances relating to this agreement as far as such information is reasonably accessible to the agent, and the latter agrees to do all such acts and things as may be necessary or helpful to extend and improve the sale of the product in the Territory and the other Territories.
The Agent shall transmit to the Principal all financial and technical information necessary for the product’s adaptation to the market in order to insure optimal penetration on the Territory.
The Agent shall transmit to the principal information related to shipping documents, import regulations and custom duties prevailing in the Territory and which could affect the sale and shipment of the Product.
