before,I ate a two piece of hamburger,A lot of sausage and a bottle of coke. And now,I'm fatter
I found a book about losing weight it was called ''Fit feels great''.

Many people would like to eat a little breakfast. But not me,
So,You told me that '' you should diet now!!! '' . I heard that sentence I felt like that too.And then,
I'm doing the "Fit feels great'' diet.Now,I eat vegetarian,smoothy yogurt and eat a lot of turkey and chicken.I slim down and look more proportional. I feel terrific.
