Speaking ahead of a cabinet meeting, Mr Chadchart said the borrowing bill, intended to finwnce the's infrastructure schemes, has cleared parliament, so is not affected by the House dissolution.
However, he said the bill needs to be cleared by the Constitution Cout before it can be submitted for royal endorsement.
The opposition petitioned the court last month to rule on the legality of the bill shortly after it cleared the Senate.
Mr Chadchat said feasiblity studies on the schemes to be financed will continue, and a new cabinet can pick up where the Yingluck administration left off.
