Monitor implementation of the Project Quality Plan requirements and adherence to CUEL ISO 9001 QMS by the Project Management Team.
Monitor performance of CUEL and subcontractor on site and off site via planed regular surveillance to ensure Project quality requirement are being met consistently.
Oversee planning, execution and reporting of internal and external Quality Audits throughout the duration of the project.
Oversee QA Department function as following activity, Liaison with Client on QA issues, Review of documents in support of QC, Engineering and Supply Chain Management, Coordination and close out of NCRs, Coordination of responses and close out of CAR and Observation arising from Quality Audit carried out by Client at CUEL and its subcontractor’s facilities.
Prepare Quality Surveillance Schedules.
Oversee team of Quality Surveillance Inspectors and report effectiveness of surveillance program to Project QA/QC Manager.
Review/Submit Weekly Reports detailing the results of the surveillance findings and identifying any areas where there is an opportunity for improvement or where Corrective/Preventive Actions are required.
