Responsible for supporting the Analytics SaaS acceleration product offerings in a Sales support role.
What you’ll do:
You will lead the SaaS Business Operations team in cross-functional team communications to deeply understand problems and drive resolutions. In addition, s/he will develop and administer ongoing enablement to field sales and manage all reporting requirements for the business.
You will drive and support efforts to improve business processes and address root cause problems to increase effectiveness of business processes.
You should work with a mindset of business controls awareness with the ability to exercise creativity in solving issues.

Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively interface with all levels of management, as well as the ability to achieve results under tight time constraints.
Applies professional knowledge of many of the sales-related activities and processes to assigned sales support activities. Understands organizational and seller client priorities, needs and plans, and effectively utilizes resources to help ensure the effective support of seller's requests.
Engaged as an independent professional. Interfaces with other members of the department and sellers/sales teams during the performance of assigned deals, projects and programs
Independently gathers input from field Sales teams regarding customer requirements. Recommends proposals for solutions business cases for offerings/solutions that address customer wants and needs.
