Support the CSD in building the Dash Board to follow up the Service Sales (Order Intake, Backlog recognition) by Business Area, the Industrial Margin, and the Pipeline Offers.
Operational Marketing
•Analyze the data to identify growth opportunities for all Sidel Services Business Areas.
•Support in building the marketing mix with each Business Area, especially focusing on the Opportunity mapping and the Go-to-market approach.
•Support in preparing action by customer and country, with CSM, RCD and deploy the Sales tools + build appropriate new sales tools
•Manage Installed Base Evolution including IB Services Coverage tracking, go-to-market support and Forecast decommissioning cycles (Serie 1 replacement program esp.)
