This is weird I began kinda scared to close my eyes but I did and focused on a very fient buzzing noise in the background I imagined a bee with the noise. About 4 minutes a later I focused on the sound of a waterfall and then later another noise and it created a beautiful scene in my mind very very relaxing and a good expirience

Now i feel awesome though heh, really relaxed and smiley. I was laying on a lepidolite stone though, and had a bunch of teas mixed together as well, including tumeric and st John's wort.
