In regards to your concern, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused you. Kindly return the item back to our headquarters since we are not allowed to replace an item, we only have return refund policy.
Here are the instruction on how to return an item:
Kindly parcel back all of the product including the box of product to the following address provided 14 days after you received it:

To set proper expectation, as soon as our warehouse received the item and checked by our QC team, the refund process will takes place. It will take 4-7 business days for the process to be successful.
If you have returned your item to us successfully, please provide us the the following information and send to e-mail address: service@lazada.co.th:
- Order number
- Returned item list and reasons of return
- Specify your requirement that you would like to change your item or get a refund or store credit voucher instead.
- Attach a picture or an EMS slip and provide your bank account information thoroughly so that we can track your returned item and continue the process to refund your money.
Note: You will be informed via e-mail once the refund has been completed.
Please note that banks generally take up to 7 business days to process and transfer money to your bank account or card. However, some banks may take 15 - 30 days or until your next billing cycle. Therefore, Lazada cannot fix the certain time-frame to refund customers the money as it depends on the process of each bank.
