One of the most important factors of the product success is the quality of final product. This approach is implicated in companies of woodworking industry focused on manufacturing of bonded wood products. The aim of the paper is to find out, which factors in production process are crucial for the quality of solid wood panels, in order to improve quality of the final product and reduction of production costs. To achieve this aim, production process was investigated. Factors as humidity, temperature of production environment, temperature of adhesive, etc. were observed as well as quality of bonded joints of products. Impact of production factors on quality of solid wood panels was analysed by statistical method and correlation analysis. Research results of the paper are the recommendations for optimization of production process to maximize product quality and improving competitiveness of organization.
