Laboratory scale dynamic experiments proved that Laser-Induced
Breakdown Spectroscopy is a potential tool for online control in
potassium fertilizers production. It is unique in sense that it is capable
to control all elements relevant to industrial process control. It was
experimentally demonstrated for K, Na and Mg, while Ca, Fe, Si and Al
are under study. Such online control may be used on all stages of
industrial process, namely raw materials, concentrate and waste
