Job Description
Measure supplier performance e.g. On-time deliver, non-quality cost and work with Solution Purchaser to share the lesson learnt and define the improvement action plans.
Logistics management
- Coordinate within Solution Supply Chain team for logistics arrangement for import shipment according to agreed Incoterm with suppliers along the transportation to customer’s site or appointed location.
- Coordinate with warehouse people for goods received without delay and pick up products in case of delivery from our warehouse to specific delivery appointment date and time to customer.
- Coordinate with project team to get Delivery Order (D/O) as proof of delivery document to customer and follow up the document returned after products received and signed by customer.
Supplier Management
- Monitor and follow up all project purchases & delivery from Internal or External suppliers to ensure delivery will be met customer’s requirement.
- Identify roadblock and prepare corrective action to smoothen supply with upstream suppliers.
- Follow up any claims in case of shortage or damaged shipment with suppliers or insurance company.

Expected competencies and skills:
- 6 years experiences in Procurement and Logistics
- Business/project understanding
- Strong customer orientation (reactivity and adaptability) and service mind
- Cooperative, independent, flexible, multi-tasking and integrity
- Communication and negotiation skill
- SAP Implementation, Computer literacy (MS Office) and fluent in English.
