To assist in the HR functions such as to prepare letters, documents and related correspondence on employee movement i.e new join staff, transfer dept, resign staff and others related with HR duties.
To update employees personal record and new join staff in HRM Systems.
To update Annual Leave, MC, Emergency Leave and others leave in ESS and HRM Systems. Print reports when needed and requested.
To prepare documentation for staff promotion, increment and to ensure the Employees’ welfare being taken care.
To prepare documents and information for staffs Insurance and register those confirmed staffs. Also to prepare Travel Insurance for staffs those want to go Oversea.
To coordinate recruitment and arrange for interviews.
