Summary for today concall, all of us come to conclusion as per below detail for input concessionaire for BHOT Masterlist.
1. Super Short term: According to information from Onelog Geo team that PL cannot identify that cargo are import for which concessionaire, since some, they import as buffer stock. Until further notice, we will process accordingly
a. KN DMF team check in shipping document if they indicate concessionaire name, please use that name as DMF concessionaire for that shipment.
b. If cargo is Chemical, please applied PTTEP as concessionaire for that shipment.
c. Else, please applied Chevron as concessionaire.
d. For V. 006, that officer have comment that we put incorrect concessionaire in document. We need to submit the new one within MON 12 JAN 2015. Hence, tomorrow afternoon, SAT 10 JAN, I will go to KN office to signed new Masterlist.
2. Meanwhile: Onelog GEO team will communicate and persuade PL to put in concessionaire information as much as possible.
3. Short term: In FEB. I have to prepare report to K. Daow, to explain and convince her that all DMF tax and duyt exemption shipment, we all import for concessionaire and use to service in Thailand.
4. In long term: We have to ask from support from PL to input concessionaire information in ISTO, else, we cannot process import clearance with DMF tax exemption.
5. Ps. Ping will study on where and how PL can put concessionaire information into PR/ ISTO.
