I think this issue cannot be closed ka. As talked with Khun Jeep, it was found that there are some misunderstanding during finger print deleting process, Eagle just delete the finger print from Data base only, so we can not see any record in our database. But the data still be in our finger print machine which means that our ex-employee still be able to access to our office but not show the record in the system. So, we can not know until we found that when our ex-colleague back to visit us and able to pass the finger print scan.
As per your recommendation to khun Jeep yesterday, it sound like we should recheck and re-download the finger print data of those resignee from the finger print machine again and do deleting process again which means that we need to recheck and match our 70 ex-staffs' finger print with our 30 finger machine and try to find that which machine has his/her finger print data and then remove it step by step my individual staff and individual machine. I am not sure if there is any better solution that we should solve this problem ka.
