This is the "Classic" chocolate pudding most of us remember. I suggest that the classic stove top method to be easier and really doesn't take any longer. The "trick" cooking pudding is to keep it moving. Mix all dry ingredients in a pot, then stir in milk over Med-MedHi heat stirring CONSTSNTLY with a silicone spatula scrapping sides and bottom until it thickens and boils lightly. Never once had lumpy pudding using this method.
