Spearhead in the development of any special projects in related to selling, order processing, customer service and logistic area between Customer Management and other internal or external parties.
- Prepare incentive criteria, scheme and mechanic according to company guideline. The scheme and mechanic should be linked to individual target achievement and ensuring of team performance with corporate goal achievement. The incentive KPI target will match to each level performance under Field Sales team.
- Maintain individual performance tracking record and alert to team leader for opportunity improvement.
- Maintain correct selling price and promotional discount or FOC of both regular and promotional items in the system. All data will be used to create a monthly scheme and promotion brief for Field Sales team. Proactive solving wrong pricing case scenario when found by closely monitoring and coordination between key functions in the organization.
- Coordinate with Trade Marketing, Supply Chain and Warehouse for new product, promotional or low inventory product volume allocation to all prioritized channel and / or customer.
- Spearhead in the development of any special projects in related to selling, order processing, customer service and logistic area between Customer Management and other internal or external parties.
- Develop joint business plan and business review with top 30 key customers to achieve the sales objective and strengthen the relationship.
