Oversee the new and renew sales operation both agent and direct sales channel to meet the target.
Drive the sales performance of branch sales staffs to achieve the target.
Set up work process & agree the marketing plans and strategies for the branch.
Improve staff’s skills and capability by coaching, training and monitoring them closely
Monitor and manage the team effectively as to ensure that the sales and operational processes are aligned with the Company’s guideline and OIC regulations.
Boost up the agents portfolio to meet the target
Coordinate with the Agent Development Manager to ensure the agent’s sales target is met.
Foster and strengthen the relationship with key agents and partners
Ensure the branch keep close relationship with local community and key stakeholders in that community such as chamber of commerce, international schools or hospitals etc.
Ensure that the work environment complies with health and safety legislation and related company policies
Manage the cost and expenses of branch as agreed in the budget of the company
Improve the efficiency of sales conversion and premiums per application.
Motivate and develop all team members and agents ensuring that their training and individual development needs are met.
Liaise and co-ordinate with other department managers about the problems in the operation process with other departments such as Claims, Care Management, Finance & Accounting, and Membership.
Ensure that the after sales service will be taken care of. Manage to achieve the excellence customers’ experience.
Carry out other duties related to the branch as assigned by the Department Manager.
