Quite similar to my Apple & Cinnamon Oatmeal w/ Peanut Butter only difference is that I added walnuts and used almond milk! Perfect on a cold, winters morning!
Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
2 cups almond milk 1/2 Granny Smith (green) apple, chopped
handful of natural walnuts
2 tbs cinnamon
Toppings:
muesli of your choice (I used Jordan's mixed nut clusters)
