Be advised that the W-2’s that were mailed by Ultipro (our payroll company) last week were printed incorrectly, and as a result, you may have received multiple W-2’s this week that are incorrect. Be assured that this was only a printing error, and the information that we have regarding your earnings and taxes for 2014 is correct.



As a result, Ultipro will be mailing new W-2’s this week to you; these new forms will be marked “Reprint” on the top. In addition, we have opened the access to “The Source” for you to sign on and download the W-2 yourself, if you would prefer not to wait for the corrected one to arrive in the mail. (Please note that access to The Source will be limited to the next couple of weeks only, as we have terminated our relationship with Ultipro.) If you receive more than one new form in the mail, it should only be due to the information that is printed in box 14 would not fit on one form.
