UNH879 had the highest association with cold tolerance, with a probability of 0.021 (Table 2).
Fish homozygous for both parental alleles were on average 0.2 standard deviation more sensitive, and heterozygous fish were 0.3 standard deviation more tolerant than the population average (Table 3).
The regression interval mapping analysis revealed an additive effect of 0.18 CDD and a dominant effect of 0.82 CDD, indicating anincreasing ov erdominance effect for both traits (Table 4).
