Reference is made to your contact to the Managing Director of BMW Thailand last month regarding symptom of rough transmission in slow driving mode.
We have been updated by Millennium Auto-Rama 4 that until present you have not given permission of taking your vehicle to the dealership for further inspection unless the dealership confirms the replacement of a new car.
In this regards, we would like to seek your understanding that neither a BMW dealer nor BMW Thailand can consider such a measure customer enquiry only. The service records and inspection results of your vehicle have shown no defects of the transmission which is supporting the complaint problem and no any abnormality at the transmission was found. The last service in May at 88,129 km, the transmission transfer unit was replaced a new one under BSI program even no defect has been indicated but as an attempt to solve your complaint pattern. Hence, we would like to ask for your kind cooperation to allow Millennium Auto of taking your vehicle for further inspection. In the meantime, Millennium Auto has been requested to contact you directly in order to get your desired replacement model information allowing them to provide a Trade-in offer for your consideration.
However, BMW Thailand cannot consider supporting the dealer to replace a new car at no cost in this case.
