BUILDING CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT


This contract is made at Chalong district, Phuket province
On this​24 Jul 2015​

Between ______Mr.__________________________________________________________________

Hereinafter referred to as the “Employer“one party.

And Mr.Thitinai Mahasang

Hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor“another party


Both parties agree to the following terms and provisions.


Clause 1. The Employer agrees to hire and the Contractor agrees to be hired to
Construct Yoga Studio on a part of
Located at Phuket Hot Yoga., Ltd
Address 45/33 M.1 chalong district, Phuket province
And to be completed within 60 days from signing date according to plans,
Specifications and schedules attached here to, which will be deemed a part of this contract


Clause 2. The construction and the building will be built as per contract drawing


Clause 3. The parties agree to the cost of construction for the total sum of
1,500,000 THB in lump sum price included materials labour costs.
(See Appendix time schedule and payment plan)


Clause 4. The contractor shall provide all tools and equipment required for construction
work and shall recruit labours with good workmanship

Clause 5. In case the Employer desires to correct, alter or add the plan or specification of house or building, it is subject to inform the Contractor in writing in advance at least 15 days, and the Employer shall pay for an increase.



Clause 6. One year warranty on all structural and workmanship construction completed.

This contract is made in duplicate contained identical terms and provisions. The parties have read and understood it thoroughly, hence sign their names as a testimony be form the witnesses and each party keeps one copy.

อาคารก่อสร้างสัญญาสัญญานี้ทำที่อำเภอฉลองจังหวัดภูเก็ตเกี่ยวกับเรื่องนี้ 24 กรกฎาคม 2015 ระหว่าง ______ นาย .__________________________________________________________________ ต่อไปนี้จะเรียกว่า "นายจ้าง" ฝ่ายหนึ่ง. และ Mr.Thitinai Mahasang ต่อไปนี้จะเรียกว่า "ผู้รับจ้าง" อีกฝ่ายหนึ่งทั้งสองฝ่ายยอมรับข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขดังต่อไปนี้. ข้อ 1 บริษัท ตกลงที่จะจ้างผู้รับเหมาและตกลงที่จะได้รับการว่าจ้างในการสร้างสตูดิโอโยคะในส่วนของการตั้งอยู่ที่ภูเก็ตโยคะร้อน., Ltd ที่อยู่ 45/33 M.1 อำเภอฉลอง จังหวัดภูเก็ตและจะแล้วเสร็จภายใน 60 วันนับจากวันที่ลงนามตามแผนข้อมูลจำเพาะและตารางที่แนบมาที่นี่เพื่อที่จะถือว่าเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของสัญญานี้ข้อ 2 และการก่อสร้างอาคารจะถูกสร้างขึ้นตามการวาดภาพการทำสัญญาข้อ 3 . ฝ่ายตกลงที่จะใช้จ่ายในการก่อสร้างสำหรับผลรวมของ1,500,000 บาทในราคาเหมาจ่ายรวมค่าใช้จ่ายวัสดุแรงงาน. ต่อไปนี้เรียกว่า " นายจ้าง " พรรค

และคุณ thitinai mahasang

ต่อไปนี้เรียกว่า " ฟ้า " อีกฝ่าย


ทั้งสองฝ่ายยอมรับบทบัญญัติและเงื่อนไขต่อไปนี้


ข้อ 1 นายจ้างตกลงจ้างผู้รับเหมาตกลงที่จะจ้าง

สร้างสตูดิโอโยคะในส่วนของ
ตั้งอยู่ที่โยคะร้อนภูเก็ต กัด
ที่อยู่ 45 / 33 ชายฉลอง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดภูเก็ต
และจะแล้วเสร็จภายใน 60 วัน นับจากวันที่ลงนามตามแผน
รายละเอียดและตารางแนบที่นี่ซึ่งจะถือว่าเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของสัญญานี้


ข้อ 2 การก่อสร้างและอาคารจะถูกสร้างขึ้นตามสัญญาวาด


ข้อ 3 ฝ่ายที่เห็นด้วยกับต้นทุนของการก่อสร้างโดยรวมแล้ว
1500000 บาทในก้อนราคารวมค่าใช้จ่ายแรงงานวัสดุ .

ข้อ 4ผู้รับเหมาจะให้เครื่องมือทั้งหมดที่จำเป็นสำหรับการทำงานและอุปกรณ์ก่อสร้าง
และจะรับสมัครแรงงานกับผลงานที่ดี
