The Lessee shall not create any encumbrance of transfer or grant any lease or sublease,
tenancy or right affecting the Leased Space or any part thereof or otherwise part with or
share possession, or use any part of the Leased Space, without prior consent for the Lessor.
The Lessee can sublease the Leased Space or any part thereof or otherwise part with or
share possession, or use any part of the Leased Space to the Lessee’s subsidiaries and
associate companies where the Lessor shall not deny the request as long as the Lessee is
responsible for all obligations under this Agreement and any applicable taxes due which
resulted from the sublease of the Leased Space.
