SAP will grant the PARTNER access to the password-protected SAP Service Marketplace, in turn giving access to the technical notes (hereinafter "SAP Notes") database, problem message-processing system, and support communication area, as a means of supporting the operation of PARTNER’s own End User hotline. SAP will determine the scope and content of the SAP Notes database at its own discretion. End Users and PARTNER may at any time contribute comments and remarks, as well as submit suggestions for improvement. The SAP Service Marketplace may thus also contain SAP notes created by third parties which have not been released by SAP. The PARTNER must therefore review all information for plausibility before using it in live operation and instruct its End Users accordingly. SAP may modify the content of this exhibit, especially the scope of the Maintenance Services from time to time at its own discretion in accordance with Article 8 of Exhibit 3 (SAP PartnerEdge General Terms and Conditions VAR).
