conversion of VFA to PHA was up to 0.41 g PHA produced/g of
VFA consumed whereas for 3.5, 6.5, 12 and 15 g/l of NaCl fermentations,
it was only 0.32, 0.37, 0.13 and 0.03 g/g, respectively
(Tables 1b–1f).
