identify the predominant species of Bacillus in naturally fermented
tungrymbai and bekang of India. These species were characterised
using the molecular techniques such as amplified ribosomal DNA restriction
analysis (ARDRA), internal transcribed spacer (ITS)-PCR and
random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD)-PCR.
