1) Intervene immediately
2) Notify his/her supervisor
3) Involve HR and his/her manager for putting consequence management
4) Email notification to his/her manager and keep HR in cc as the evidence
5) Follow-up case to ensure that HR and his/her manager completely issue the warning and signed by the rule breaker
6) Copy the warning letter (either verbal or written warning) into the file I keep this file in the GMR cabinet. File’s name is Consequence Management
7) Keep record into the file from today onwards.
