Noted of your info but we’ve already received call from your supplier early in the morning for the delivery arrangement.
FYI, kindly inform us earlier if you’d like to request for assisting on:-
(1) Received on behalf – We’ll need to liaise & arrange with your supplier before delivery due to some bulky / huge items or heavy items cannot be delivered to our warehouse because of the reasons
- (I) Cannot be stuffed in thru our warehouse main entrance;
- (II) Cannot be lifted by common warehouse facilities during transferring;
- (III) Limited space for storage during weekly lighterage period (we reserve our warehouse space for packing & others delivery arrangement which’s related to that current week’s loading).
(2) Paid on behalf items – We’ll need get payment approval from our Managing Director before proceed to liaise with your supplier for delivery arrangement (same as most of the company’s standard financing + good receiving process). This is to avoid any inconveniences caused if your supplier deliver without any notifications before our payment preparation / good receiving arrangement in our warehouse.
We seek for your understanding of the above situation for all related parties to co-ordinate better for smooth co-operation & to avoid any disruptions of customers’ order to be shipped out.
