According to Chayuth Punyasavatsut who is an economics lecturer at Thammasat University conducts the data collection and analyses all sources of financing for education. He suggests that not only money should be allocated to develop educational activities that it has more benefit to students directly, and it also should be spent on successful academics.
In my opinion, I agree with Mr. Chayuth because I believe that most of the governments normally spend a lot of money to buy technological gadgets for education. However, it is a wrong though because communication tools cannot encourage the students’ education even though most of the tablets have the applications about education. Certainly, every student might spend time to play games more than learning how to read or write thus, I think that spending money for distributing gadgets should be stopped. However, I suggest the Thai government should pay money to establish new schools for the poor or renovate the old schools to be better because there are more benefits than purchasing electronic tablets. Furthermore, they should concentrate on improving the quality of the teachers.
