well the advantages would be that of healthy food would be if you choose to eat healthy you would feel better and be in good health and weight as well but the disadvantages would be that now days healthy foods costs more than not so healthy foods and that is sad. the advantages of junk food is that if eaten sparingly then it would not be as harmful to your body as to say if that you would eat it constantly. now the disadvantages would be that if you eat junk food constantly you will not be as healthy as you would want to be when the effects kick in later down the road. you also would not have very much energy and would feel tired constantly so there are both advantages and disadvantages for both types of food sources.
