Sugars of
the fermented pineapple juice were analyzed by HPLC (Waters 2690 Seperation Module,
Waters Associates Inc., USA.), using the method of Raffo et al [12] and Gennaro et al [13],
with some modification and detected by 410 Differential Refractive Index Detector (Waters
Associates Inc., USA.).
