- Based on the premium plan and wording of "Family Coverage", the coverage should be end up when the insured age is out of 64 years.
- But the system is not tracking the insured's age condition and we found the insured's age was over when the birthday anniversary of 64 years already passed.
- The premium plan that the client insure with us is "Family Coverage" that the cover's including the insured's spouse with age not over 64 years and the insured's child with age not over 23 years.
- After we found the insured's age condition was not correct we tried to delete the insured who age over 64 years and change the premium plan from "Family Coverage" to "Individual Coverage".
- The changed was done in Jan 16.
