Just for your info:
Now the line status it’s orange, you can see the colour also from the audiocodes device , there’s led under the cable,
What is strange is that this morning while it was not working it was green. It happened also in other offices, especially in US.
Just one thing:
In case of problems with Lync drop and email to me+George and raise a ticket high priority from the ticket system. In this way also my colleagues will be able to support after 8 AM CET.
It’s just to avoid to reboot brutally (removing the power) the Windows server running lync … it can work … but windows doesn’t like to be killed always in this way.
George I’ll provide you’re the right to reboot it next week.
