In this meeting, we require to have agenda of new Collection Best Practice Act (effective in Sep 2015)’s preparation, please gather followings from CLD, RCD and LOA of how to react with the new Act with safety and reduce risk from customer complaint and incompliance of the new act.
o Issues by area from the new Act, for example
- Internal call by caller, negotiation dialogues required to revise or not, tape recorder is still in effective for how long.
- Internal visitation by RCD staff, how to have appropriate manner in meeting customer/guarantor.
- OA actions on behalf of YCT, how do we ensure with their compliances – regular meeting report and monitoring with check list.
- How YCT provide debt collection services for YAMT, do we need to register as new Act’s requirement.
- Legal action.
o Identify the impact into existing operation process
o How to put proper action and plan to implement it prior due date.
