Summary
There are three significant factors leading to weight gaining and obesity. Firstly, natural factors including genetics, age, and gender are one of the very significant causes contributing to obesity. In addition, medical problems which include diseases, metabolic disorders, and hormonal imbalance are the second cause of obesity. Finally, habitual causes such as casual eating habit and physical activity are the last and most important factor contributing to obesity. To conclude, obesity can be caused by three main factors, namely, natural causes such as genetics ,age ,and gender, medical causes such as disease and metabolic disorder, and habitual causes such as eating habit and physical inactivity.
