โดห์เอเอ 9 was prepared in the same manner as that of Preparation Example 2 except that
11.4 parts of นมผงครบส่วน of Example 4 was changed to

manufactured by Friesland Campina DOMO, lactose content:

average particle diameter, 4,700 cP of viscosity, and 0.8%
of water content, and did not generate lumps, and was
acceptable. Lactose content of the เอเอ
5 dough 9 was 9%.

Preparation Example 10
โดห์เอเอ 10 was prepared in the same manner as that of Preparation Example 2 except that
10 11.4 parts of นมผงครบส่วน of Example 4 was changed to
11.4 parts of skim milk powder (lactose content: 53%) The
โดห์เอเอ 10 had 21 pm of average
particle diameter, 4,600 cP of viscosity, and 0.8% of water
content, and did not generate lumps, and was acceptable.
15 Lactose content of the โดห์เอเอ 10 was

Preparation Example 11
โดห์เอเอ 11 was prepared in the
20 same manner as that of Preparation Example 2 except that
11.4 parts of นมผงครบส่วน of Example 4 was changed to
11.4 parts of lactose free skimmed milk powder (trade name:
Promilk 85, manufactured by Ingredia Inc., lactose content:
5.5%) The โดห์เอเอ 11 had 201 pm of
25 average particle diameter, 4, 800 cP of viscosity, and 0.8%
of water content, and did not generate lumps, and was
acceptable. Lactose content of the เอเอ
dough 11 was 0.6%.
