3. Results and discussion
3.1. Olfactometry based analysis
Both sensory as well as chemical analyses were performedalong with a comparison between the two. Table 1 shows timebased odor concentrations of various odorous samples afteradsorption and percentage removal of odor with respect to thefeed sample. Similar calculation was also done for the chemicalcompounds, detected in the GC–MS, which were responsible forodor formation.
