system based on KPI + BSC. The system, which is networkbased,
without time and region limitation, can help the
enterprise greatly shorten the management cycle, reduce the
operating cost and improve the efficiency of the information
by managing the performance dynamically [5].
The following processes as depicted in Fig. 3 are
identified to illustrate a detailed description of the system
showing the step-by-step workflow of the system. The users
of the system comprised different stakeholders, namely:
staff, department manager, LME’s executive, appraiser, and
system administrator. The formation of the enterprise’s
scorecard is followed by the executive selecting relevant
KPIs to the organization to populate the organizational
scorecard. The executive also assigns the appraisers for
evaluation. The departmental/individual scorecard will be
automatically populated by the organization scorecard. So
when communication between the organization
