A channel allocation packet includes channel allocation information
for a terminal. It is sent by the base station in a single
minislot. When a terminal has received a channel allocation
packet in a downlink control subframe, it joins a queue for the
uplink data subframe, which is a virtual queue common to all
terminals and is referred to as the uplink queue in this paper. A
terminal in the uplink queue sends data packets using allocated
data slots in uplink data subframes.
