As carrier is only liable for the actual and physical loss of the goods, we regret to advise that we cannot assume liability for your claim for the following reason(s):
• Shipment was handed in, as indicated on Master Air Waybill, as pre-packed unit during acceptance and transportation, hence carrier shall not be hold for any liability shall any irregularity arises.
Unless you can provide us with sufficient proof to the contrary, we regret we are unable to take further action on your claim.
