The issue we found from Lung Chom ice cream restaurant that Mr.Chom and some their employee wants make queue for customers cause they don’t who comes first or second. The important of these problems is customer write list not clear enough when employees have to make ice cream for them, and sometime they told some ingredients are out of stock but customers still order it, and they go to serve for customer but customer tell it’s not theirs but it’s theirs. So,it make employees confused. In another hand sometime employee served wrong customers, than they will memo list which bill belong which customer but sometime they forgot, affect to don’t know which bill belong whom.
Another side, the problems of customer if we were us. The first of all doesn’t know where the ice cream restaurant? And difficult to go also don’t have some sign to go and don’t have map too. And if they were there, they don’t know which table is empty and have chairs enough for them and most important customer don’t know how to order ice cream because the restaurant has a paper based for order and customer should write what they want and some ingredients, they don’t know its.
