Could you please kindly followup on one issue that is still pending in our EMQuartier store?
Originally, we had requested 5 phone lines and 1 VDSL line, but there was only 5 cables available.
When your technician came for installation on Mar-19 , they used one of our phone line number 6419 as the internet connection number.
At the time, we have informed both mall management and the true technician of this, and they will reinstall the new line the next week.
On last Friday, we were notified that the line for fax has been setup, instead of installing another line and switching it to the internet modem.
And was told that by just plugging in the fax line, it would work. We did test the fax, but it did not work.
Our PABX team came onsite yesterday and checked, and confirmed that the fax line is still not working, as the internet line is still taking up the 6419 number.
Please kindly check and arrange your technician to check following.
1. Please make sure the new installed line is working with the number as 020036419
2. Please make sure the internet will be assigned another number (as per True’s connection design) for the switch
3. Please make sure both connection (fax and internet) will be up and running before leaving the site
Please let me know the date and time for the onsite fix, and I will arrange our PABX team to be onsite for testing at the same time.
