2.6. Data analysis
All data are presented as mean SD of triplicate measurements.
For each parameter considered, one-way ANOVA and post hoc
Tukey-HSD tests were performed to detect differences among the
juices. Pearson’s correlation coefficients were calculated to determine
the influence of arils and peels proportions on the characteristics
of PJ. All the statistical analyses were performed utilizing
SPSS statistical software (Version 19.0, SPSS Inc., Chicago, Illinois,
USA).
